Wooo! i have a new website… see? You can poke around and do ALLLLLLL sorts of things… like other websites! you know… look at pictures, read stupid stories, buy crap… and i even have my own fancy admin page so that i can set sail for fail on the content and updates! check me out, i can even bold text without using alot of fancy internet codes.

So yeah, in short, i have consolidated all of my internets to here…. the facebook updates, the twitter stuff from my phone, the myspace… all on one site. on the internet!

yeah, sorry… i know this was my first post, and im sure you were all expecting some awesome thing…. but i literally have about 15 minutes to pack my bags and get my mousey face over to Alberta!

i have also attached a photo to this post to show you how pleased i am.

i am happy.

Tour dates are a bit funny though
The map (which is awesome) lists Boston on 11/24 (FUCK YEAH)
but the calender lists wash DC for 11/24
and NYC 11/25 + 11/26 at Terminal 5 (IS THIS TRUE!??!)

I like the new site, way better than the old one.

The store is nice, even though it’s UK, but oh well I’ll deal with that.

The only thing I don’t like is the music player. It’s super annoying how it always plays a new songs every time you load up a new part of the site. Maybe have it not auto play, or have it keep playing the same song between page loads.

lingk and Kinderellazero… phase 2… I’m working on it. It’s not like a full Flash website where you can update sections and not disrupt the audio. So I think we’ll replace the player with some eye candy and offer the player as a pop-up player you can rock in the background.

That’s a much better idea, it does get annoying when you’re listening to something else and just web browsing having to pause it all the time.
Everything seems good except for that (which you’re on top of already! :D ) and weren’t there going to be wallpapers available at some point? I remember Joel posting links to a bunch of them on Facebook that would not work, and I was hoping they would be on the new site.

I also notice that on some pages, where it lets you log in and out, if you are logged in already, it says “Login / you are currently logged in / Logged in as / logout ”

Shouldn’t it just say “You are currently logged in as / logout ” ? and also, when you click logout you get sent to a page titled WordPress Failure Notice that says “You are attempting to log out of deadmau5″ then it says to Please try again under it

oh I know lol never said I was a web developer, but I”m sure in web2.0 you can load html around flash some way with out have to load the flash file every time. I was just thought out the first thing that popped into my head.
