Well, it’s been an amazing and unforgettable EU tour no doubt, I’d like to more or less thank the entirety of Europe at this point for the importunity to come to your countries, meet the amazing audiences, then smash em to pieces! Me and my whole crew had loads of fun, and stupid adventures, and epic takes that im sure are going to be thrown around the office for years to come.
I’d also like to thank my stage crew and management for sorting all this mayhem out! Don’t get me wrong Europe, i love you, but your weather is mostly shit. And these dudes will push crates through 10 meter thick muck, stack leds in horizontal rain, wash my stinky ass ghost sheet, and put up with my ludicrous demands all for the sake of YOU GUYS having a great time… so yeah, 3.6 cheers for my awesome crew who pulled it all together, lit up our lives, and didn’t kill me. You were all worth it!
So, it’s time for me to go home and rest for a couple of days…. then get my ass crackin on new music, new stage, new tour, and feed my damn cat! i kinda miss that little fucker, so long EU! i wont be a stranger, i promise!
Last week, Joel revisited the land of cheese with holes, mouthwatering bacon and most importantly… Vikings. Sweden looked insane, whilst the Norwegian album… well lets just say, it goes…….. BANG! Joel tweeted: “holy carp Norway! that was awesome, as expected! Loved the radioactive mice in the crowd!” And then, despite some highly threatening weather in Denmark, Roskilde Festival as expected – well, it went right off didn’t it… back to Joel: “Roskilde doesnt give a shit if theres rain. Were going to get wet and loud anyway. #thepartygoeson”
